Shipping policy

SHIPMENT: Makembaboutique offers both international shipping and express shipping. Standard shipment takes anything between 7-15 working days and express shipping is 3-5 working days.  We will send a notification of shipment and a tracking number once the goods have been dispatched. For South African residents we offer door to door delivery through DHL courier services.

RETURNS: If you are not happy with the product, for whatever reason, we will accept returns. We however encourage minimal returns, please check sizing and measurements carefully before purchasing. Please make sure to contact us within 3 days of delivery. All returns are posted back within 14 days of delivery. Shipping cost on all returns are non refundable. We do not accept cancellations, 
but please feel free to contact me if you have any problems or concerns with regards to your order.
Because of the nature of these items, 
the following may not be returned or exchanged unless 
they arrive damaged or defective:

*Custom or personalized orders
*Items on sale

CONDITIONS OF RETURNS Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- small imperfections may occur, this is the nature of handmade products, the beauty lies in the imperfections.
